  • Awful washer

    I bought a washer and dryer December 2014. Recently my washer has started leaking when I would run a cycle. This is the item Model# GHWN4250DWW Internet/Catalog# 203239841 I got a handyman to come out and take a look at it and he changed out the pressure valve to it, thinking that was the problem. However the machine continues to leak. I've paid for a plumber to come out and look at it to see if it's a hose connection problem. I've had to pay them.   • GE Refrigerator

    My GE Profile Fridge (Model PFS22SISBSS)stopped working 2 weeks ago (Compressor broke). It is a six yr old Fridge and NOT low end (Stainless, french doors, at least 1500 retail). The compressors are on back order - 80 being made right now. They said it 'should be ready' by June 20. I am insulin dependent Diabetic (type 1). My insulin needs refrigeration. I have already had to replace my supply. I am moving out of my home on June 30, so replacing the fridge is not an option, as i would simply be giving the fridge to the new owner in 20 days.   • Appliance buy-back, poor deal

    After several service visits from a GE approved repair service over the period of several months it was determined that my fridge qualified for "too much service" and replacement options commenced through the Consumer Relations department. I was informed that there were no dealers in my area that were willing to take dealer-credit from GE or do a delivery/install/haul-away. I told my case manager that I was more than willing/able to pick a replacement unit up myself if the delivery/install was the issue.   • Dishwasher Repair Messed Up need Return visit

    I already submitted an extensive review my issue, but the bottom line is I've had a GE Profile for 7 years in the past 5 years it has been serviced for the exact same problem (computerized components burning out from moisture exposure) SIX TIMES. I had the dishwasher serviced AGAIN (5/27) for the same problem, took time off work to wait for the tech, he fixed the problem BUT created a new one, the dishwasher now leaks.
